What you will need to register with us

  • A comprehensive Business plan

  • Cash Flow Projections for 12 months (month to month) and next 3 years

  • Existing Businesses: Signed Historical Financial Statements for previous two year and latest management accounts. (not for new businesses)

  • Copies of signed business contracts / agreement / offer to purchase, if applicable.

  • Original Copies of Tax clearance certificates

  • Copy of lease agreement should the business premises be rented

  • Quotations on business expenditure (equipment, machinery, etc)

  • Curriculum Vitae of all members / shareholders of the business (1pg)

  • Copy of lease agreement should the business premises be rented

  • Quotations on business expenditure (equipment, machinery, etc)

  • Curriculum Vitae of all members / shareholders of the business

  • Statements of Assets and Liabilities for all members of the business

  • Copy of identity documents or members/directors

  • Proof of business physical address (not older than 3 months)

  • Bank statements of business (36 months)

  • Project implementation plan

The 4 Step evaluation process

STEP 1

The project is sent to the Project Evaluation Committee for the intial evaluation

STEP 2

The Project Evaluation committee recommends to the Board for approval

STEP 3

The decision of the board will be communicated to the applicant within 7 days

STEP 4

The project cycle is 60 days
